Return Policy

1. Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at info@hfinvestmentclub.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@hfinvestmentclub.com.
If you want to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email or phone number] with details and photos of the product and the defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
